There is no way I’d lose,” Stern said, referring to the infamous phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. 四 | 　　王昌林表示，高端制造、智能经济、现代服务等新动能对上半年经济增长的贡献率超过四成。关键核心技术加速突破，“九章四号”量子计算原型机刷新世界纪录。制造业转型升级步伐加快，企业利润持续改善。

五 | 　　围绕兜牢兜实民生底线，报告指出，今年以来着力稳就业，出台促进高校毕业生就业等政策，实施稳岗扩容提质行动。加大社会保障力度，城乡居民基本医疗保险人均财政补助标准提高24元。　　关于下半年经济工作，报告指出，下半年要围绕落实“十五五”规划发力提效实施宏观政策，以更大力度激发释放内需潜力，创新引领现代化产业体系建设，全面深化改革扩大开放，促进城乡区域协调发展，加快推进经济社会发展全面绿色转型，加强重点领域安全能力建设，多措并举保障改善民生，稳妥有序化解重点领域风险。
